These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at readistaff.com.au (the “Site”), operated by Komplyo Group Pty Ltd (ABN 58 689 482 611) (“ReadiStaff”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. Use of the ReadiStaff application is governed by a separate agreement.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.
Demo requests and enquiries
When you submit a demo request or enquiry, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We will use your details in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and the ReadiStaff name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Komplyo Group Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our permission. Other product or company names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or availability, to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
